-Population Stocked
-Turn around Time (TAT)
- Three D's CRM software provides accurate information on estimated MTBF, installed base, TAT and
SLA agreed with customer -
- Parts traceability and tracking are ensured
- PARETO Chart analysis to analyze the failure pattern
- Stocks availability is linked to MM portal
- Before reaching MIN Level, parts are ordered by Purchase Group
- Inventory management Including status on warranty , non warranty and spares replenishment
- Periodic generation of MIS reports including MTBF and MTBR
- Advanced features to monitor the status of parts dispatched for repair
- Warranty revalidation of repaired parts based on serial number
- Alarm for obsolescence and EOL
Obsolete Parts Management
- Proven experience for supply of mission critical obsolete spares at assembly, sub assembly and component level
- COC (Certificate of Conformity) issued by OEM
- Technical backward compatibility is ensured in case upgraded version is supplied (in all respects Hardware,S/W and Mechanical)
- Adequate quantity stocked as LTB (Last Time Buy) before items go out of production ensuring future availability
- TDR (Test Data Report) issued by OEM
- Provision of repair and replenishment
- Already having association with several OEMs for in-country repair services
- Guaranteed lead time to meet the SLA requirements
